#PicturePerfect winner

May's #PicturePerfect winner

Your votes are in and May’s #PicturePerfect has been crowned… Head of Operations North West, Joshua Mewes’ mountain top photo has your winning vote.

The photo was captured while Josh was on a hiking holiday in Preikestolen, Norway which is known for its outstanding beauty plus being a famous spot for films such as Mission Impossible and James Bond.

Josh has a busy role in North West so making time for himself is important and often takes on strength and running challenges in his own time, as well as spending time hiking at the weekend.

‘I got into it around 10 years ago’ said Josh ‘living in North Wales I’m not far from Snowdonia National Park so it’s like a playground for me. I find hiking is a great way to switch off and take time out, particularly from screens (phones/laptops). There’s nothing better than sitting at the top of a mountain with a hot coffee listening to the elements.’

This winning shot has bagged Josh digital shopping vouchers which will go towards hiking gear and accessories for his recently purchased drone.

‘I think the #PicturePerfect competition is fantastic! I’m chuffed that people like my photo as much as I do, it was taken on a new drone that I bought at the start of the year.’

‘I heard a quote, which inspired me to buy a drone “Life is full of beautiful moments, remember them”. I would encourage everyone to get involved and share their own moments as you never know how many smiles it will put on people’s faces.’
