What is the new National Workplan?
It’s the framework that brings together each part of the operational pipeline to enable us to deliver both quality of service for our customers consistently and reliably, and growth in parcels.
Each operational unit will have its own local Workplan, which when delivered, enables the National Workplan to be a success. Everyone, on every shift, in every work area has a key part to play.
