Know your health risks

This Men’s Health Week we want everyone to spend some time understanding their personal health risks, and access the tools and support to help you make improvements, whether that is for your physical, mental, financial or social wellbeing.
Hear from Stefan Kulik, Royal Mail Health Managing Director as he explains why men’s health is such an important topic for us and how people should get involved. Stefan also shares the things he does to support his own wellbeing and where you can go for more support.
