Mental Health Awareness Week

This year the theme for Mental Health Awareness Week is Movement, moving in your own way to support your mental health.

Being active is a great way to support your mental health and physical activity can help to reduce stress, improve sleep and support our overall wellbeing.  What simple and small change will you make this mental health week to support your wellbeing?

Remember making changes to your routine or introducing new ways to move could be, a walk at your local park, spending time in the garden or learning a new skill.  You don’t need to make big changes; small changes usually have the biggest impact.   If you don’t know where to start, you can go to Help@hand and complete Wellbeing 360 to get your individual wellbeing report.
