RMtv: Lockers lift off

As part of our ongoing commitment to provide customers with more choice for how they use our services, we’ve introduced parcel lockers as an option for customers dropping off parcels.

In the latest RMtv programme, we’re with some of the first colleagues collecting from them and see customers using them in action.
