Neuroinclusion Mentoring

We are thrilled to introduce an initiative that embodies our commitment to inclusivity and support within Royal Mail: The Neuroinclusion Mentoring Programme.
This programme aims to provide valuable guidance and assistance to both our neurodivergent colleagues and their managers, whether it's for one-time advice or ongoing support.
What is Neuroinclusion Mentoring?
Neuroinclusion mentoring is about creating a network of support for those who are neurodivergent and/or have learning difficulties, ensuring they have access to resources and guidance tailored to their unique needs. We’re also here to assist managers who are looking for support and signpost to assist you in getting the best from a neurodivergent team member.
How Can We Help?
Whether you're a colleague who identifies as neurodivergent and/or have learning difficulties or a manager looking to better support your team, our neuroinclusion mentors are here for you. Here's how we can assist:
- One-Time Advice: Are you facing a specific challenge or situation that you're unsure how to navigate? Our mentors can provide one-time advice, offering insights and strategies to help you move forward.
- Longer-Term Support: For those seeking ongoing guidance and support, our mentors are ready to establish a lasting connection. Whether it's regular check-ins or assistance with developing strategies for success, we're committed to your growth and well-being.
- Managerial Support: Managers, we understand the unique responsibilities you have in fostering an inclusive and supportive environment. Our mentors can offer guidance on accommodating neurodivergent team members, enhancing communication, and creating an inclusive workplace culture.
