MyPerformance

Since February 2024, every Postie has their performance in the palm of their hands through MyPerformance and MyDoorStep, and we are seeing some real positive movements in their KPIs.

A big part of MyPerformance is recognising and being proud of great work that’s done day in day out (come rain or shine). This means celebrating both the ‘what’ – focusing on the KPI’s they see in MyDoorStep and the ‘how’ – role modelling the Royal Mail values of Be Positive, Be Brilliant and Be Part of It.

Two exciting new awards, ‘Postie of the month’ & Rising Star of the month’, have provided lots of opportunity for teams to celebrate and delivery offices are finding creative ways to do this using the celebration wall as a focal point for their team’s achievements.

Did you know that everyone nominated for ‘Rising star of the month’ or ‘Postie of the month’ goes into a prize draw. There are over 25 prizes to be won, including iPads, restaurant, travel and shopping vouchers and a top prize of a £5,000 holiday voucher. The prize draw winners will be announced in September.
