Movement for your mind

Mental Health Awareness Week

This Mental Health Awareness Week, take some time to reflect on your wellbeing and look for healthy habits you would like to use to help support your wellbeing each and every day.

Movement is the theme for MHAW 2024, moving in your own way to support your mental health.  From going for a walk in your local park, catching up with family and friends or moving your mind by learning a new skill, the small changes you make every day to support our wellbeing will have the biggest impact.

This week get involved in the #MHAW24 photo campaign and share a personal message about the importance of prioritising your wellbeing and what mental health awareness weeks means to you.
