Thortful, an online greetings card and gifts retailer, told us they use major calendar moments such as Mother’s Day to identify whether to grow their business with us.

Now, the results are in, and tell of a successful Mother’s Day 2024.

For this film, we spent time with colleagues at Sheffield Mail Centre and on collection at Thortful to go behind-the-scenes at this very busy time.

After the event, Johannes Kloess, Thortful Head of Operations revealed: ‘Our volumes were up on predictions and quite significantly up year-on-year. Comparing it to last year, we certainly saw improvements in both Tracked and First Class deliveries.’

At Sheffield Mail Centre, PSM Operator Lynne Harris said: ‘It’s very easy to sort and tip. Thortful by name, thoughtful by nature.’
