RMtv: It's Just Banter

This week’s RMtv is a special edition focusing entirely on our campaign to change Royal Mail for the better. 

Earlier this year, the business launched Change for Good, with its aim to create an inclusive culture where everyone is treated with dignity and respect. 

As we start the next phase of the campaign with a deep dive on sexual harassment, our powerful new film, It’s Just Banter, is hitting your screens. 

We joined some colleagues in Bristol Mail Centre, alongside South West Regional Operations Director, Alex Morrison, as they watched the film for the first time to get their reactions.

You’ll get a sneak peak of the film yourselves and also hear from Winnie Annan-Forson, Head of Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, on the importance of this part of the Change for Good campaign.
