Network Window live

One of our biggest transformation activities this year is the extension of the Network Window.

It’s a key part of our agreement with the CWU and is the largest operational change in over 20 years in Royal Mail.

Yesterday, around 380 delivery offices changed their attendance times. This is the first step in our deployment of the new Network Window. The remaining offices will go live on a phased basis from 13 May.
