Manchester Marathon

This weekend Kirsty Richardson, Martin Williamson and Milan Karadzic are running the Manchester Marathon for British Heart Foundation!

Martin is no stranger to marathon running – he’s previously completed six! Since his last one in 2016 however, he’s been through two lots of knee surgery. The Manchester Marathon will be Martin’s big comeback!

This isn’t Kirsty’s first marathon either; you can hear more of her story and personal connection to BHF in our recent RMTV here.

Milan Karadzic has run a couple of marathons before and is running for BHF this year as his wife recently performed lifesaving CPR and used a defib on an individual who had collapsed. This highlighted to Milan the importance of learning the lifesaving skill of CPR and having accessible defibs in communities whilst encouraging him to play his part in raising vital funds for BHF.
