Celebrating more success

As we hit four months into 2024, Executive Board members have been out in the operation visiting sites who have continued to build on the momentum of peak and are keeping the success going.
Chief Operations Officer, Alistair Cochrane kicked off the visits with a trip to Warwick Delivery Office to meet the team and celebrate their quality accomplishments since peak and discuss the latest USO proposals.

Chief Commercial Officer, Nick Landon made a visit to Birmingham Mail Centre following the team’s great performance improvement over the last year. Earlier this week, Nick met with the team at Evesham Delivery Office who have Fantastic quality on letters and parcels, and also clear frames.
The team at Mount Pleasant Mail Centre were joined by Interim Chief People Officer, Hayley Jones-Penny to recognise their achievement of setting a great example of our one network ambitions after taking on significant Parcelforce workload in both the plant and the delivery office.
Last Friday, Director of Corporate Affairs, Jenny Hall was at Edgware Delivery Office to celebrate their success as they’ve consistently had a high level of performance on Tracked, since peak.
‘The team loved Jenny’s visit, it showed that our commitment to Royal Mail and to our customers doesn’t go in vein, and does get recognised from the higher team’ said Kalpesh Cangi, Delivery Line Manager.
