Team talk: take 5 is a five minute conversation or stand-up between front line managers and their teams. Every employee, on every shift, every day.
Launched in Delivery last year, today we launch into Processing.
It replaces daily huddles, a modern, rebranded session, with a new focus. It’s a chance to connect and have a conversation with our people about the things that matter to our teams, to our managers and to Royal Mail.
