Recap of the International Women's Day live event
On Friday over 50 sites came together to recognise International Women’s Day through an interactive live event which welcomed a variety of internal and external speakers.
Each talk was based around the theme of #InspiringInclusion and how we continue to drive this at Royal Mail and Parcelforce. The session included history, work-life balance for women, creating an equal workforce and more.
