Last week the Royal Mail fleet team were awarded ‘Environmental Fleet of the Year’ at the Fleet News awards. Those shortlisted included Mitie and Dundee City Council.
Judges said: Royal Mail is at the forefront of decarbonisation, running trials across every aspect of its fleet operations and taking a multifaceted approach to environment solutions. With a clear roadmap for cars, vans and trucks, as well as a comprehensive range of operational targets, the fleet is setting the benchmark for environmental excellence with best-in-class performance.
