Spotting to win

Last year we ran a pilot across three depots in Parcelforce to incentivise employees to spot leads for Watch&Win.
Colleagues in Liverpool, Preston and Lincoln had the chance to net the jackpot £1,000 rewards with all leads passed onto Sales entered into a prize draw. The lucky recipient being Leah Thomas, Cover Manager at Liverpool Parcelforce Depot.
Leah started spotting leads for Watch&Win about eight years ago when she would speak to people coming into the parcels depot counter. Now, like many longer-term spotters, her lead spotting habits have changed more to seeing competitor vans when out and about and her own internet shopping lead-spotting opportunities. Leah says that lead spotting is a regular habit for her with her Watch&Win winnings going towards paying for her kitchen renovation. She says, ‘I think the scheme is brilliant, it’s like free money, it’s a win-win. You’re getting customers into the business and earning vouchers for yourself.’
This promotion is now being rolled out across all Parcelforce offices and will run until 31 December 2024, so look out for posters up in your office and get ready to send in your leads.
Once a month during the competition period, the depot with the most Watch&Win engagement will win vouchers for a FREE Greggs breakfast (to the value of £5 per person) for all frontline colleagues in that office. In addition, once a quarter, for all leads that are passed onto Sales, names will be entered into the prize draw and one lucky spotter like Leah will receive £1,000 in rewards.
