Perfecting their pipeline approach is uppermost in the thoughts of colleagues working in Edinburgh.
A successful peak saw a “highly engaged team” overcome obstacles, some of which are unique to our Scottish teams, to pull through and deliver for their customers.
Now – for the delivery office and the mail centre working side-by-side – it’s about using the momentum from peak to push on this year.
