New attendance times

Today, 19 February, all delivery colleagues find out their new attendance times as a result of the changes associated with network window.
This graphic shows what the indicative status was in June 2023 versus our position in February 2024.
We have worked closely with the CWU on mitigating the required changes to people’s attendance times, and we have made a lot of progress:
- Offices with less than 15 mins change has moved from c.120 (June 23) to c. 360 (Feb 24)
- Offices with less than 60 mins change has moved from c. 430 (June 23) to c. 1010 (Feb 24)
- Offices between 60-90 mins change has reduced from c. 830 (June 23) to c. 240 (Feb 24)
New attendance times will be displayed on the network window noticeboard in the delivery office and everyone will receive a letter and information on the exceptions process.
