Keep your eyes to Skye
Your votes are in, and the first winner of 2024 is Andrew Esson with his popular shot capturing the Isle of Skye. The winning photograph was taken from his lorry cab while out on the road heading for Portree Delivery Office.
The #PicturePerfect competition had an open theme for January, but scenic shots and picturesque views prove to be a favourite amongst colleagues.
‘I get to drive on some of the most scenic roads in the UK, if not in the world!’ said Andrew.
‘I started taking photos to show others the beauty of Scotland. Every day I see something new, having only been in Scotland for the past six years after moving up from East Anglia where the land is flat for miles.’
Andrew is an avid Workplace user, often getting involved in #PicturePerfect with a variety of photographs from his travels around the nation. This shot has bagged him £350 worth of shopping vouchers!
‘I recommend anyone to submit their photos on Workplace, there are still lots of areas and places we never see from Wales to Northern Ireland and other islands to the London Skyline.’
