Winner-win-ah

To celebrate the latest Special Stamps which paid homage to 30-years of the Spice Girls, we called on you to nominate your colleagues who embody #GirlPower.
The nominations came flooding in, praising women across the business for their leadership, positive attitude and creating safe spaces for those around them.
One woman stood out in particular, as 18 nominations were made in her name and she ultimately won the final poll with an impressive 74 votes.
Advanced Customer Advisor, Vicky Norris, was frequently nominated for her dedication to our Door to Door customers, even when things don’t go quite right. Along with the dedication to customers, her colleagues felt Vicky deserved to win due to consistently uplifting her team.
‘My focus is to provide 100% customer satisfaction and maintain customer relations despite failures with the Door to Door service,’ said Vicky.
Alongside making our customers’ happy, Vicky also sees the importance of keeping those around her feeling good too.
‘I like to work in a happy and positive environment as I believe it is essential for our overall wellbeing.
‘To me, #GirlPower means empowering other women and supporting each other. By lifting each other up, we create a network of encouragement and inspiration that transcends individual successes.’
Women empowerment is especially important to Vicky as she has a daughter and believes that is important to be a role model for her.
Congratulations to our well-deserved #GirlPower winner who has received the full Presentation Pack of the Spice Girls Special Stamps.
