Why take on a challenge for BHF?

  • There are lots of physical health benefits, better sleep, fitness and improved overall health.
  • There are mental health benefits too, from reducing stress to improving motivation.
  • It is a great way to get to know new people, inspire others and support our lifesaving partnership with BHF.

This year our BHF Royal Mail marathon team has grown! In April we’ve got two runners taking on London Marathon and two running Manchester Marathon – more to come on them later this month. 

If you’re interested in getting active and working towards your own challenge, there are lots of BHF events you can sign up to!
