In the UK, someone dies from a heart or circulatory disease every three minutes.
That’s about the time it takes to make a cup of tea or send an email.
But with your help, we can give more hearts a fighting chance.
This February British Heart Foundation are asking us to...
Go Redder and raise money for their lifesaving work.
Every penny raised will directly boost the number of defibrillators BHF can place in communities that need them most. Each defibrillator costs £1,500 fully installed.
Going Redder could be…
- Wearing (more) red to work
- Holding a red cake sale
- Getting everyone's cheeks glowing in a sponsored Go Redder Walk
