Our Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) team will be holding a special One Royal Mail Connect and Learn session in recognition of the 2024 International Day of Persons with Disabilities, taking place 1-2pm, Tuesday 23 January.

This session is an opportunity for colleagues to come together and gain insights into the experiences of our colleagues with disabilities. We'll delve into Big Trust Survey results to better understand challenges. It's also a chance to foster open and honest conversations about disabilities, and most importantly, discover the support available through our Wellbeing team.
What to expect
Purpose: To understand the challenges and experiences of our Royal Mail colleagues with disabilities using Big Trust Survey results.
Agenda: Open conversations about disabilities, awareness of support available through the occupational health and well-being team, and practical tips on becoming allies.

The session will provide practical tips on how each of us can become allies, contributing to a more inclusive and supportive work environment.
