Celebrating Women in RM
In celebration of our first dedicated stamp issue to a female pop group, Spice Girls, we’re shining a light on Girl Power at Royal Mail, and we want you to raise the profile of the great women around you!
In recent years, we have created a variety of women-focused campaigns to celebrate the trailblazing and talent women we have in our organisation, such as Women in the Workplace, Celebrating Black Women in Royal Mail and Celebrating Women in Managerial Roles with Parcelforce. You can find all of these by searching those keywords on Workplace.
Another proud moment was making The Times Top 50 Employers for Gender Equality which is the UK’s most well-established and highly profiled list of companies who are committed to taking action to ensure gender equality.

All the women that are nominated will be added to a random draw and five will be selected and go into a poll where you can vote for the winner. The woman who receives the most votes will receive the Spice Girl stamps presentation pack!
