Brew Monday

As we think about our plans for the year ahead, whether you’ve made new year’s resolutions or not, this is a great time to focus on our wellbeing. Over the next four weeks, you can expect practical advice of what you can do to kick start your wellbeing in 2024 whether it’s a focus on exercise, nutrition, looking after your money, spending time with others and yourself, and recommendations on where to start!
Today we’re celebrating Brew Monday – an opportunity to reach out for a cuppa and catch up, in the week ahead, with those we care about. To help get you started, the Brew Monday resources are there to guide you – and why not have a little fun along the way with the Brew Monday activities.
Wellbeing 360 – getting you started
Fiona McAslan, Head of Wellbeing shares how Wellbeing 360 has helped her.
‘Help@hand has been a great support resource for me this year having used it to access quick GP appointments for my family.'
'I was delighted when the 360 wellbeing assessment was also introduced as it helped me focus on those things that were achievable and would make a difference to my wellbeing. I was able to speak in confidence to a lifestyle coach and now I’m getting out more, I’m eating healthier and have signed up to our onsite gym, which also gives me a free health check.’
Registering for Help@hand also gives you access to online GPs, physiotherapy and unlimited mental health consultations and it’s not just for you, it’s for you family too.
Keep a look out for the upcoming wellbeing messages and if you can’t wait until then, head over to the Wellbeing Hub to access all the free support and resources.
