Your votes are in and we can reveal the winner of the Christmas-themed #PicturePerfect competition from November… Sarah Grant!
We called for your photos which captures Christmas for you, and Sarah submitted a very on brand photo of her three-year old twins as they posted their letters to Santa on a walk in Crawfordsburn.
‘The postbox slot is a little too high for them so they made use of the bench and it made for a lovely photo. They were only two at the time and they call the postbox “the Santa letter postbox”,’ said Sarah, a Customer Operations Manager in Belfast.
She’s delighted to have won #PicturePerfect for the first time, choosing the prize of an iPad and saying:‘The twins are currently "device free" but they will start primary school in September, and I feel it will be really beneficial by then.’
Winning the festive-themed competition has added to the magical time of year for Sarah as she plans for a family-orientated Christmas.
‘The twins are three now and we also have a seven-month-old baby so it's a really magical time with a young family,’ she said.
‘We normally head home to Granny and Grandad’s in Donegal so I'm looking forward to spending time with family and all the extra hands to help with looking after the children. I'm still on maternity leave so I'm missing the buzz of Christmas in Royal Mail, but Workplace is great for keeping me up to date.’
As well as joining in the fun on Workplace, Sarah has also been using the platform as her first stop to find out information and news while on maternity leave.
‘I also love seeing the diverse roles of the workforce and an insight into how they play their part in Royal Mail,’ she said.
‘The #PicturePerfect competition is a lovely competition with a great prize, and I'd say give it a go, encourage your colleagues to use their own Workplace accounts and support you, you never know!’
