Community compliments

An elderly customer from West London has taken the time to write in to extend his thanks to the helpful postie who came to the rescue after a nasty fall.
Can you help track down the postie who was out on a chilly walk around 11.45am on Saturday 25 November on the junction of Gunderstone Road and Gliddon Road in Hammersmith?
‘I was making my way for a festive visit to a friend in Barons Keep when I tripped and fell at the junction. In a dazed state, I wasn’t able to get up straight away - I am 73’ said the customer.
‘Almost instantly, a uniformed Royal Mail Postman appeared and offered to call an ambulance. I am a burly (16 stone and 6'2") man, but this postie instantly gave me his hand, which I gladly took, and helped me back onto my feet.’
The customer has extended his gratitude for our colleague due to his ‘commendable community spirit’ while on duty.
‘I am deeply grateful for his concern and, above all, for his jumping into action on the spot.’
He was left with a torn trouser leg and a bruised knee but with much appreciation for our presence on the street.
