That's according to postie Kath Harwood at Evesham Delivery Office - and it's certainly added motivation for the team who are hitting their targets - at 98% Tracked delivery.
Kath met Chief Operating Officer Grant McPherson, alongside the rest of her colleagues, earlier this week - where Grant shared how our Wednesday was our biggest day of the year for parcel volumes.
