Twas some nights before Christmas, when all through the units
Some yorks needed shifting and our people were the ones to do it…

While some of us were sleeping, others were breaking records! Christopher Price, Late Shift Distribution at Birmingham Mail Centre (BMC) got an impressive 752 yorks moved through the pipeline to delivery offices.

The team at BMC provide inward advancement to the delivery teams served by BMC to ensure that our Posties can deliver quality of service to our customers in the Birmingham, Hereford and Worcester areas.

The team are currently achieving a 98% delivery point target across the region.

Chris said: ‘We have great pipeline working across the whole of the late shift team to ensure we deliver successfully. Communication is a real strength here at BMC. Having an understanding on the ‘why’ we need to do the things we do to deliver for our customers is really key.’
