Why we are Christmas

Royal Mail are Christmas.

Have been for 500 hundred years.  We deliver Christmas for our customers every year.

I think, for most, it means bringing people together even when families and friends are apart, from down the street to worldwide from a card or a gift, knowing someone cares means everything and Royal Mail makes this happen.

For me out on delivery, it's personal and intimate.

From collecting letters from the postbox and Parcel Collect at the customer's doorstep, to being that postie on delivery that delivers these items in all weathers seeing it put smiles on faces from the youngest to the oldest people in our communities.

For our employees.

It's about pride in all the different aspects of our jobs also pride in our service to all our communities.
