We visited successful unit Highbury Delivery Office, who hit 97.3% in Tracked performance in week one of our peak quality of service incentive scheme.
We're now in week two of the incentive - which gives the opportunity to earn up to £500 extra, on top of the usual Christmas supplements and payments - and Customer & Quality director Ricky McAulay was on hand to see how Highbury fared and share his views on week two, as we move into Cyber weekend.
