Chocolate to good causes

You may have seen Newton Aycliffe based Postie, Nicola Gaynor in funky hats and with running in charity event for a good cause, and this Christmas is no different in raising awareness and funds for an important cause.

Today, Nikki is calling on your help to provide support for children affected by suicide by donating a selection box to the ‘If U Care Share Foundation’ who provide a range of services fundamental to the prevention, intervention and supporting of those bereaved by suicide.

‘Following the tragic loss of my best friend, I've teamed up with a suicide prevention charity, If U Care Share based in the North East that work to not only prevent suicide, but also support families with the aftermath’ said Nikki.

‘I want to support the If U Care Share foundation so they can help more people. It means a lot to me, and mental health and suicide prevention has become a passion of mine’
