Preparing your space

Over the next few months, we are going to see an increase mail and also, seasonal colleagues and equipment to help get that mail moving.

We are fast approaching our busiest time of year so now is the perfect time to start getting your spaces in order to help manage the increased volume of traffic.

If you haven’t already, start clearing out any built-up clutter or rubbish and recycle where necessary, using designated equipment/ containers. You can click here to find out the correct process for getting rid of waste.

Round up some teammates in your area and check your workstations are clear, ensure there are no obstructions in walkways, aisles and fire escape routes, and ensure that fire wardens are appointment in your unit in the event of a fire alarm.

By getting your site prepared now, you’ll find the amount of mail we’re due to receive much more manageable when we’re in our peak period.
