New Sponsor for enABLE

We are delighted to announce Simon Cunniffe, Director of People Service as the new Sponsor of the enABLE Employee Resource Group (ERG). 

‘I am super exited to begin supporting Suzanna Bailey, enABLE lead and the ERG which is a really important employee resource group. Recognising, recruiting and supporting disability within the workplace is a subject that I have personal experience of, and it is important that we build on the foundations for everyone currently working at Royal Mail and all future candidates’ said Simon.

‘Disabilities are ever increasing, especially invisible disabilities and it’s important that everyone feels confident in being able to discuss these and, where required receive the right level of support to bring their whole selves to work.  The enABLE team are looking to define an exciting new plan of deliverables and education over the next 24 months, which will allow Royal Mail to stand out as being world class in the support we provide one another.’
