Preparing for Peak

We are already seeing a change in weather as we head into winter and preparing yourself to maintain your wellbeing during our peak period is just as important as preparing our sites.

Your Wellbeing is there for you when you need it.  It includes free and confidential resources including support for your physical health, mental wellbeing, lifestyle management and guidance on how to look after your money.   Through Your Wellbeing you can also access Help@hand, which includes virtual GP 24/7, physiotherapy, unlimited mental health consultations, lifestyle coaching, nutrition support and personal training.   Taking a little time now to get registered means you don’t have to worry about it at a later time when you may need the services urgently.

You also told us you’d like additional support, so we’ve introduced new 45 minute virtual wellbeing workshops. Topics include stress management, lifestyle management, financial wellbeing, menopause, supporting neurodiversity and many more.   You can dial in live or if easier, listen back to the recording.

To get started, go to the Wellbeing Hub which is your one stop shop for everything wellbeing and can be accessed through the People App, using the ‘Your Wellbeing’ tile.  You’ll also find information on your local noticeboard or can speak to your local Wellbeing Ambassador, who will help signpost you to the right resources.
