The rollout of Workplace by Facebook for all gives our colleagues the chance to hear directly from our senior leaders, writes Paul Smith.

With CEO Simon Thompson and all members of the Executive Board actively posting on the online tool, everyone has access to their inner thoughts and the work they are doing.

By joining – from Wednesday 31 March – colleagues can respond to the posts of Simon, chief operating officer Achim Dünnwald, director of corporate affairs, Jenny Hall, and more, and share their own opinions directly to these senior leaders.

Jenny is already looking forward to hearing from you.

‘Workplace will give everyone at Royal Mail a voice,’ she said. ‘It will allow all of us to build trust, share ideas, solve problems and have conversations to help us improve Royal Mail for our people and our customers.’

Simon had been getting ready to hear from you all by posting from all of the sites he has visited recently – from Leeds Mail Centre to Gravesend Delivery Office and our Swindon Innovation Centre.
