Having hosted the new CEO on his round, Dave Field provides his view on the future of Royal Mail
When the new CEO joins you on delivery, you take that as an opportunity to provide your views on the future direction of Royal Mail.
‘It’s the parents tapping the young kid in the pushchair, saying “Oh look, there’s the postman.” –They’re not doing that to the DPD drivers,’ says Dave.
‘So, we’ve got to take advantage of that, for sure.’
