In an end-of-year address to our people, interim director of corporate affairs Jenny Hall has paid tribute to the amazing stories we’ve received about our people through 2020, writes Paul Smith.
Jenny shares how the communications team has been inundated with tales of our frontline going the extra mile and also looks ahead to what can be achieved in the New Year.
