‘Evening of Hope’

Christmas can be a particularly tough time for those missing a loved one in any ordinary year, but especially so this year, with the Covid-19 restrictions currently in place.
After an incredibly difficult year for Missing People – the only UK charity lifeline for anyone affected by someone going missing – we would like to thank you for your vital support. Without your generosity, Missing People would not be in a position to help those missing or missing a loved one this December.
We have been a proud partner of Missing People since 2014 and we want to support them as much as a we can this Christmas. Below are a couple of ways you can get involved.
Do you need a stocking filler for that special someone? Why not buy them a pair of special edition ‘Missing People X’ socks from the London Sock Company and follow on the heels of their ambassador, Stephen Fry. All profits from each purchase will go towards supporting Missing People.
Evening of Hope
Every year, families, people who have been missing, supporters, staff and volunteers come together for a very special carol service at this particularly poignant time of year.
Unfortunately, Missing People are unable to host their usual annual carol service but are delighted to present a virtual night of festivities from the comfort of your own home instead.
Join the event on Monday 14 December from 7pm with some special guests, including HRH The Duchess of Gloucester GCVO, Patron Sir Trevor McDonald OBE, Amanda Holden, Amanda Redman MBE, to name just a few.
