User Needs Review
In our end-of-the-month extended RMtv programme, we look at Ofcom’s User Needs Review – an independent assessment of the extent to which the Universal Service Obligation (USO) is meeting the reasonable needs of users.
One of the interesting findings of Ofcom’s report was that if you reduced the number of letter delivery days to five days, that would still meet the vast majority of people’s needs, both consumers and businesses.
Also, in the programme, how we’re extending the vital Covid-19 test kit service we provide. Press play to hear from field operations director, Ricky McAulay and colleagues in Sheffield on the amazing role our people are playing in fighting the pandemic.
National network and integration director, Simon Barker gives an in-depth interview on our future plans and explains how we’re ramping up our capacity to get us through, what is expected to be, our busiest Peak period ever.
And finally – fighting fraud, we meet Roy Malin, the postman from Quinton Delivery Office, who exposed a scammer while on his round.
The programme is now live across our channels. This includes Content on Demand for those safe and able to watch on that channel, socially distanced.
