Transformation in motion

We’ve hit the headlines following the launch of our Parcel Collect service, which sees our postmen and women collecting, as well as delivering, from customers’ doorsteps.

The national rollout follows a successful trial we held in the west of England. BBC Breakfast, Sky News, and a host of national newspapers have brought the story to the attention of our customers with more than 9,000 items booked for collection in its first week.

Postman, Gary Bowden, from Fishpond Delivery Office, said: ‘It’s a good service. It’s good for the customer, especially those who are disabled or who can’t get out of their homes very easily

‘Parcels have increased, so this is another string to our bow, which will make us stronger in the collections service we offer. It’s essential that we modernise. We have to do everything we can to keep up with everyone else.’
