‘Game-changing’ options

We’re always looking at ways to offer greater convenience and flexibility for our customers.

That’s why we’ve launched additional Inflight delivery options. These include: delivery on another day and Local Collect from customer service points and Local Collect Post Office branches across the UK.

After receiving a delivery notification, parcel recipients can now simply tell us when and where they want their parcels delivered if they aren’t going to be at home.
