Bespoke service

One of the most crucial roles we’re playing right now is the delivery and collection of Covid-19 test kits.

We have established a network of 35,000 priority postboxes. To help the country cope with the increasing demand for Covid-19 testing, in mid-November, we’ll be setting up a new bespoke weekend test kit collections service from 15,000 of these postboxes, allowing for later collections on Saturdays and Sundays.

OPG Gordon Knowles, said: ‘We process the test kits in our Tracked area and send them off to the various laboratories they’re destined for.

‘When we first started, we were seeing barely 200 a day. And on Monday last week, we saw over 1,300.’
