Rising returns

WATCH: How customers’ unwanted purchases are proving their worth to us

Lockdown sent e-commerce soaring. Alongside the increasing number of parcels that we’ve been delivering, customers are also putting their returns back through our network at record levels.

In July, as UK restrictions eased, we saw a 25 per cent increase in all our returns products. In the latest RMtv, we head to St Albans, the area our research reveals as where the most customer returns were made in July, to find out why this traffic is increasingly important to us.

Press play to hear from product and marketing director, Adrian Baker, on the opportunities the returns traffic presents to the business.

We also chat to national network and integration director, Simon Barker about the development of our parcel hubs, plus we have a sneak preview of Norwich City Football Club’s new away kit that plays tribute to key workers.

The programme is now live across our channels. This includes Content on Demand for those safe and able to watch on that channel, socially distanced.
