Lockdown led Giddings Gifts to our Click & Drop service – and it sounds like they’re here to stay.

Helen and Chris Giddings are an Oxfordshire-based husband and wife team with a passion to create ‘cool and contemporary gifts and accessories for dogs and dog lovers.’

Whatever their business size, customers just need to send on average of 20 or more parcels per week to qualify for a business account.

Around 1,000 businesses open a Royal Mail account every month. From marketplace sellers to large corporations, from Sameday or Next Day delivery to economy options — we design a courier service to suit them.

‘When we went into lockdown, we decided to use Royal Mail’s Click & Drop service. With Click & Drop, you can put your items directly into a postbox, which meant we could include posting orders with our daily exercise.

‘Click & Drop integrates with all of our online platforms, such as Etsy and our website. All of the order details are there, ready and waiting for us to print our labels. It means that we could continue running our business safely during lockdown.
