Everyone has a part to play as our Change Story launches

Our Change Story is now underway, aimed at bringing everyone together to build the Royal Mail of the future.

Creating an inclusive culture and listening to all of our colleagues will help us rebuild trust and ultimately make our business a better place to work.

Over the coming months, we will be speaking to colleagues. We want to inspire and excite our people about our transformation journey. You’ll be visited by our Change Story ambassadors in the coming months to have your say on how the business moves forward.

We will listen to colleagues to demonstrate the part everyone has to play.
