Think clearly
We’re urging drivers to remember think clearly when it comes to their windscreens as part of our latest Road Safety Week.
Until 22 August, we’re highlighting the importance of driving with clear windscreens. We’re working alongside our unions, First Class Driving and Pertemps Driver Training.
We want drivers to remember: clear screen, clear view, clear conscience.
Last year, eight of our drivers were involved in fatal collisions. So far this year, two drivers have lost their lives.
Keep your windscreen clean and free from obstruction to enable a clear view.
‘Road safety is really important,’ said road safety manager, Mark Bromhall. ‘For most of our people it’s the most dangerous thing we ask them to do at work.
‘Dirty windscreens or having objects on your dashboard restricting your view can have devastating consequences.’
