Ready to Change
Our Change Story is underway and colleagues are having their say with Northampton’s Crow Lane Delivery Office primed to participate.
Colleagues at the office – which has demonstrated outstanding progress in the last year as highlighted by a 17-point rise in customer focus in the Employee Survey – started their Change Story journey yesterday.
Senior channels manager, Paul Smith, spoke with them about their understanding of the need to change and the part they can play.
‘It’s clearly a really engaged office full of people who want to be able to shape the way the business changes,’ said Paul. ‘I’m looking forward to returning in the coming weeks for more sessions and getting their input on our Change Story.’
Robert Haywood, postman, said: ‘It sounds very positive and I just hope that the business works with us and we all work together.’
Delivery office manager, Ricki Pike, has overseen a 10-point rise in culture at the office too, supported by the formation of a working group of colleagues helping to drive standards.
‘We work together here to agree things to change the unit for the better,’ said Ricki. ‘I was really pleased with the honest and open questions the colleagues put forward in the launch session. There will be some strong opinions and they want to be part of it.’
