Parent Talk

Our charity partner, Action for Children, has launched their online parenting advice service, Parent Talk, connecting mums and dads with tailored support.
Parent Talk is a dedicated support and advice website for parents, comprised of two elements:
- A self-service platform where parents can access trusted advice, support and signposting from Action for Children’s expert parenting coaches
- A one-to-one confidential online chat service where parents can talk directly to parenting coaches for free, practical advice and emotional support.
Parents are directed to the service where they can either find resources on the page itself or if they need more specific help, they can click a button to be connected live to an online parenting coach, who will support them.
Parents can speak to experts or browse articles on the most common parenting questions. Whether it’s learning how to help your child cope with difficult emotions, finding the right resources to help your child with their personal development, or getting tips on how to feed your family and helping them make healthy choices, all the advice is free. Remember, no topic is too big, small or embarrassing.
